The second Multiplier Event Learn and Share Workshop Using the PAL Toolkit was held in University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (Poland)on 8 March 2016. At the event more than 50 teachers and managers from Hungary, Lithuania and Poland have participated together with representatives of IT, STEM and Creative & Service industries.
During the event the aims and goals of the project were presented as well as the main outcomes such as PAL Toolkit, Framework and Tracking Tool. The speeches were followed by parallel workshops enabling the participants to experience, practice and give feedback on the products developed in PAL project. Workshops were based on PAL Toolkit methodologies that support informal P2P learning and sharing. Moreover, they explored the opportunities that offers the Framework for recognising, recording and rewarding informal professional learning activities and achievements and encouraged the participants to take part in certification process for Learning Champions.
