PAL TOOLKIT (O2)
The PAL Toolkit provides lots of ideas and detailed instructions on approaches and methodologies that can be used to support informal peer learning and sharing of knowledge, skills and experiences amongst staff.
PAL FRAMEWORK (03)
The PAL FRAMEWORK describes the process of recognising informal and non-formal peer learning and sharing in an organisation. It explains how staff members can log and reflect on their peer learning and sharing activities and work towards becoming recognised and celebrated as a LEARNING CHAMPION in their own organisation.
PAL TRACKING TOOL (O4)
The PAL TRACKING TOOL is used to log and reflect on informal and non-formal peer learning and sharing activities that staff members either attend or facilitate. Staff members working towards becoming a LEARNING CHAMPION need to complete the TRACKING TOOL.
PAL ACCREDITED MODULE (O5)
The PAL ACCREDITED MODULE is designed for staff members who are interested in a formal externally certified module in CPD.
