PAL project partners met in the partners meeting at Belfast Metropolitan college in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with the aim to discuss about the implemented activities, outcomes and future developments.
The second Multiplier Event Learn and Share Workshop Using the PAL Toolkit was held in University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz (Poland)on 8 March 2016. 8 Hospitality staff from Belfastmet engaged in informal learning and peer sharing by arranging a field trip to Rathmullan House in Donegal in December 2015. Staff were able to shadow and get involved in all aspects of the hotel operation both front and back of house. On completion of the trip staff commented:
